Terms for using Cemented AI

Effective September 24, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Cemented AI website, applications, API, plugins, and related services. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Permitted use

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others. You may not disrupt the service, bypass limits or access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use the service to gain unauthorized access to data or systems.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Cemented AI permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit it.

Review generated work

Research, summaries, citations, calculations, and other generated material can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions made from them. The service does not replace legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Plans and payment

Prices, usage allowances, billing periods, and renewal terms shown when you purchase a plan form part of these terms. You are responsible for applicable taxes and authorized charges. You can request a plan change or cancellation through support.

Service changes and suspension

Cemented AI may change or discontinue features and may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material breach of these terms. Reasonable notice will be provided when circumstances allow.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and without warranties. Cemented AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Its total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not exclude rights or liabilities that law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, Cemented AI will provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
