Documents you upload are scoped to your account, and Cemented AI doesn't train frontier models on them. If you have specific privacy requirements, get in touch early — better to scope them together than over-promise on a marketing page.
No frontier-model training on your content
Cemented AI doesn't train Claude, GPT, or any other foundation model on your data, and its LLM providers prohibit it under their standard API terms.
Your content reaches the model providers
To produce an answer, Cemented AI sends your query and the relevant text from the documents you provide to the third-party model providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI) that generate the response. They handle it under their standard API terms and don't train their models on it. That's the default setup. Enterprise can scope which providers are used, or a model self-hosted on your own infrastructure. Write to [email protected].
Scoped to your account
Every stored record is tied to the account that created it, and every API request enforces that ownership check before returning data. Projects let you grant specific colleagues access to a shared set of work — that's the only path by which one user sees another user's records.
Staff access for support
Like most early-stage SaaS, the Cemented AI team has admin access for support and debugging. Customer data isn't read routinely, and a tighter staff-access model (with documented policies) is part of what Enterprise scopes.

- US cloud infrastructure today. Other regions are scoped per engagement.
- Do you use my data to train frontier models?

- On Free / Pro / Max, your queries and outputs may be reviewed for safety, debugging, and product improvements, including by the third-party model providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI).
